  • Functional fitness

    A functional fitness class focuses on exercises that mimic everyday movements to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Workouts often combine elements of strength training, cardio, and mobility using equipment like kettlebells, resistance bands, or bodyweight. The class may include circuits or intervals that challenge multiple muscle groups at once. It’s designed to enhance overall physical performance and help prevent injuries in daily life.

  • Strength cycle

    If there is one thing most of majestic loves, its lifting big weights. We typically run a strength cycle for several weeks at a time leading up to a 1RM. The energy is almost as big as the weights!

  • Partner workouts

    We LOVE to share the reps when we can, It makes the workout feel so much easier! (Not really...) but we really do love a good partner workout. Join us on Saturday mornings, we are usually doing a partner workout where the reps are higher but you don’t have to finish them all on your own!

  • Olympic lifting

    Join us every Tuesday at 5:30 PM for our high-energy Olympic lifting class, where technique meets intensity. Whether you're chasing a new PR or refining your snatch and clean & jerk, this class brings out the best in every lifter. Expect lots of cheering, big lifts, and a supportive atmosphere that pushes you to new limits. It’s a fun, challenging workout that leaves you stronger each week. here
